As a former Senior Managing Partner at Gartner Consulting, Eugene specializes in IT strategy and has extensive experience in modernizing operations across California, Hawaii, Michigan, Texas, and Florida to ensure technology aligns with mission outcomes and supports public sector business transformation. 

Eugene resides in Sacramento, California, with his wife, Jennifer, where they have raised their children, Anthony and Jenna. A lifelong basketball fan, he has collaborated professionally with the Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors. Outside of work, Eugene enjoys global travel, exploring history, and blasting everything from 80s power ballads to 90s rap and 2000s pop.

She has held prominent leadership roles throughout her career, including serving as a former Associate Vice President at North Highland, Principal at Point B, Experienced Manager at Accenture, and regional Market Lead for Gartner, where she focused on public sector business transformation.

Heide lives in Seattle with her husband, where they are raising their three daughters and a son. An avid traveler who has explored six continents, she loves diving into deep conversations and a good book. When she isn't rooting for the Mariners, Sounders, or Seahawks, Heide enjoys getting outside as much as possible, whenever the Seattle rain allows.
